Graphics: 8.5/10
A moving background makes the game a bit more challenging for better players. The graphics are definitely better in the Extreme version. A few more advancements on some of the graphics would have been nice though.

Music: 8.5/10
The songs are pretty good, but the PS2 takes off some of the good songs that are on the arcade version. DDR Max has better songs. I like a lot of the songs on either version, but not all of them are that great.

Price: 6/10
This game is more worth my dollar than the regular DDR because there are more songs, modes, and challenges. If this game were 75 cents, I would be happier to play this game.

Gameplay: 8/10
The backgrounds are pretty good, but they could be better. A beginner mode on this game would attract more unexperienced players. The DDR Extreme for PS2 has more modes than this game for PS2 that are more fun.

Overall: 8/10
This game brought in most of the challenging songs (e.g. Legend of Max), which makes this game more challenging. Unfortunately, this game doesn't have many of my favorite songs that DDR Extreme does. Also, too many songs in this game are pretty easy for me. It would have been nice if the graphics were better.
