This is also known as yuugou. When one Namek fuses with another Namek,
in most cases, two Nameks unite to become one. One body must be the
"host", which is the body that will remain active. As for the
non-active body, his mind, body, and powers are pooled into the host's
body. The process of this fusion is that the host places his hand on
the chest of the other Namek and the other Namek starts the fusion.
This fusion is permanent and the powers of the host greatly increase.
The non-active Namek does affect the personality of the host a lot.
Current fusions like this: Piccolo and Nail (Frieza Saga, DBZ) and
Piccolo and Kami (Cell Saga, DBZ). The fusion between Kami and Piccolo
is kind of different because they were one being to begin with.
