Synopsis: Ichigo Kurosaki is just like any 15 year-old
boy, except he has the
power to see ghosts and communicate with spirits. His fate changed a
lot when he met Rukia Kuchiki,
a Shinigami ("soul reaper")
who named herself "Death". She appeared in front of him as she followed
ghosts called "Hollows". She was astounded by his ability to see the
ghosts. Rukia came to help him fight the Hollow.
Unfortunately, she was
seriously injured and she was unable to fight the Hollow. She made up
her mind to share her power of Death with Ichigo. Ichigo has 2 duties
as a shinigami: to lead the pluses ("good souls") to rest peacefully in
Soul Society and annihilate the Hollows (the "bad souls"). Now, Ichigo
constantly is on adventures with Rukia, while trying to ward off the
Hollows that come his way.
